Rule 48. Cross-Checking
NOTE 1: Cross-check shall mean a check delivered with both hands on the stick and no part of the stick on the ice.
NOTE 2: When a major penalty is assessed for cross-checking, an automatic game misconduct penalty shall be
imposed on the offending player.
